Dr Martens and Marc Jacobs are back to reimagine Kiki Boot

A decade on and Marc Jacobs and Dr Martens have reunited to “honour the legacy of the Kiki Boot” with a new collaboration.

First unveiled on the Autumn 2016 runway, the Marc Jacobs’ Kiki Boot “became a signature icon – defined by its towering silhouette, bold buckles, and unapologetic edge”.
Ten years on and the Kiki Boot is now reinterpreted with Dr Martens’ signature Corran-heeled sole, “giving the style new industrial strength and assertive presence”.
The result is a bold silhouette that “fuses Marc Jacobs’ boundary-pushing design with the utilitarian grit of Dr Martens – rooted in a mutual dedication to creativity and attitude”.
The updated boot is shot by New-York based photographer Olivia Parker with the campaign capturing the Kiki’s evolution “through a raw, modern lens – celebrating the shared creative spirit and commitment to individuality that define both brands”.
The collaboration is available in two colourways — black and bright lavender, with the style offered in Black Croc Embossed Analine, a glossy, textured leather that adds to the boot’s “subversive attitude”.
Built on an exaggerated Corran sole with tread it features yellow or monochromatic black stitching with key finishing details including laddered silver buckles, inner zips, and custom lock-and-key charms.
Priced £290, the collection is available online at marcjacobs.com, drmartens.com, and in select stores.
